Eyelash extensions are single strands of synthetic eyelashes that are applied to each of your individual natural eyelashes.

A set of eyelash extensions last between 3 – 5 weeks depending on your eyelashes’ natural cycle and your daily routine.

Minimal eye make up is recommended as it may interfere with retention. If applied, it should be thoroughly cleansed with an appropriate lash cleanser.

Yes. The bonding agent in the glue is waterproof. However, we advise to keep your eyelashes dry for the first 3 hours after the application.

• After your lash service, keep your lashes dry for 3 hours.
• Avoid shampoo, conditioners and face masks from coming in contact with your lashes.
• Avoid rubbing your eyes as it risks abrasions and infections.
• Do not use oil or cream-based cleansers.
• Eyelash curlers, mascara, gel eyeliners and cream eye shadows are not suitable with extensions.
• Use a water-based makeup remover and a lash cleanser for optimal hygiene and retention.
• Brush your lashes daily to keep them neat and tidy.
• A refill every 3 weeks is recommended in maintaining the fullness.

• Nourish and strengthen your lashes with a strengthening lash serum.

It takes about 1 – 2.5 hours depending on your style of choice. You will lay comfortably on a bed with your eyes closed. The lash artist will then carefully apply the extensions on each of your natural eyelashes.

Eyelash extensions come in a variety of lengths, thickness and curls. We will consult with you and customise the most ideal style for you. We will also consider the health of your natural eyelashes before the treatment.

Yes, you can. Refills are recommended 2 – 3 weeks from your last appointment.

We do not recommend eyelash extensions before a minimum resting period of 1 – 3 months. Please seek the advice of your attending physician before making your appointment. 

As permed or tinted eyelashes have been chemically treated and intentionally curled, it is difficult for eyelash extensions to be applied effectively. We recommend eyelash extensions after at least 3 months of your eyelash treatment.

It is recommended to have facials a week before your session as oils and steam may affect adhesion of the extensions.

It is recommended to wait until at least the second trimester (14th week) onwards before having eyelash extensions. Please seek the advice of your attending physician before committing to an appointment with us.

Please do not wear eye makeup, as clean eyes give our artists more time.
Please do not use any oil and cream based cleansers 3 days prior to your appointment.
If you have dry eyes, do apply some eyedrops before the session.

There will be a supplement of $25 for removal of regular eyelash extensions, and $40 for removal of cluster eyelash extensions from other salons.
